What you need to be successful in this application:

NZ registered with a current practising license.

3 - 5 years of experience.

Have a clean driver’s license.

Be self-driven and motivated.

High standard of workmanship.

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and communication skills
AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Automation Technician to join our team. This hands-on role blends technical expertise with client engagement to deliver smart, effective solutions.
What you need to be successful in this application:

Install, program, and commission systems (Control4, KNX, C-Bus, networking)

Manage end-to-end automation, AV, and security projects
-
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
-
Proven experience with Control4, C-Bus, or KNX automation (essential)
-
Knowledge of security, CCTV, access control, and IP networking (advantageous)
-
Background in audio-visual installations
-
EST or full electrical qualification (beneficial)

Clean full New Zealand Class 1 driver licence

Self-driven, motivated, and detail-focused

Strong communication skills with fluent English

ATL Electrical is looking for a superstar heat pump installer. Could it be you!?
We are on the hunt for a heat pump installer or subcontractor who is experienced in both domestic and light commercial industries. You will also have experience in ducted system installation work, and the know-how to manage the steps of ducted system installation.
